It was an old homestead, about 100 years old, and in need of a lot of love....A LOT.
The house is just under 1800 square feet 4 bedroom/2 bath.... soon to be 3 bedrooms, and there is a "guest/studio/mother-in-law" quarters in the back. It's about 850 square feet, and where we are living during the renovations.
